Abstract：
 The present invention relates to a method for reducing nitrogen oxide and its system. It is characterized by that firstly, the nitrogen oxide and organic compound reducing agent can be passed through the low-temperature plasma reactor to obtain activation, then passed through the catalytic reaction bed in whith the metal oxide catalyst is placed, and finally the nitrogen oxide can be reduced into nitrogen gas, and organic compound reducing agent can be propene or propane, and the metal oxide catalyst can be Ag/Al2O3, In/Al2O3 or Sn/Al2O3.
