Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric shared rail valve spraying system that belongs to the relative field of diesel engine oil controlling. The system includes rail shared oil way, spraying oil way, and ECU system. The shared oil way includes low pressure oil way, oil transfer pump, plunger pump, oil supplying cam, rail shared cavity, one-way valve, and oil returning pipe. The spraying oil way includes spraying triple valve, fuel injector, and oil returning pipe. The input of the ECU system includes cam shaft and the sensor, crankshaft and the sensor, rail sheared cavity pressure sensor, and other sensor signals. The output of the ECU system could control oil supplying triple valve and sparing triple valve. The invention would be no longer limited by oil supplying cam shaft while spraying. And it has the advantage of simple structure.
