Abstract:
This invention is an output method of coding of internal-cavity electric laser wave length and its double wave length laser module, and belongs to the field of non-linear optical laser technology. This invention makes use that the strong selection of the non-linear crystal to the polarization state, uses 1/2 wave voltage added on the optical crystal to switch the polarization state of the outputting laser, in order to use the polarization prismatic components to control the transmission direction of the front laser, and make the laser surge of certain polarization direction not pass through non-linear crystal and output the first wave length directly; and make another laser surge of pass through non-linear crystal and output the second wave length. Because the electric and optical crystal can realize high frequency confection, so it can achieve the fast switching speed of the wave length and the switching is very simple. It can precisely assure the laser of two wave lengths to output through the same optical path and easily achieve high output efficiency and realize wave length coding output. The structure of this invention is reliable, and the cost is low.
