Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of solid fermentation for producing cellulosic enzyme strengthened by electric field, belonging to the biological enzyme preparing technical field. It uses rice hull, refuse of sugar cane, straw powder and other lignocellulose as the raw material, bran as the solid ermentation substrate, adds into the prepared water solution of inorganic salt into the solid ermentation substrate, cultivates the producing strain of cellulosic enzyme in it, makes use of the fermentation course strengthened by electric field which has advanced the solid fermentationcourse of cellulosic enzyme, as well as increases the conversion efficiencyof ermentation substrate, with bright future.
