Abstract: |
The disclosed solid laser gain module with strip-form segment-doped medium is characteristics in: with lateral or edge pumping, increasing the doping concentration from pumping surface along light main direction, and arranging different length to segments. Compared with prior art, this invention reduces thermal stress of medium, eliminates thermal lens effect and thermal birefringence, and improves the gain module performance. |
