Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for realizing self-adaption quantization in encoding process, the image encoding comprises encoding of static images and video images. The invention mainly comprises that: when encoding in an encoding end, in a proper position (at the start of the serial or a certain position along the serial) of a section of image serial, one or more scanning lists are obtained based on the statistic of several frame image data before initiation, which are sent to a decoding end in the code serial. While in the image encoding process, these scanning lists are selected with basis of the image information and the encoding information. when decoding, firstly, the scanning list is selected according to the information in the code serial. The invention is characterized in that: one of the scanning lists is selected in allusion to the image block in the serial without the transmission of the scanned other information in allusion to each image block. The method provided in this invention can greatly improves the encoding rate.
